missing_Japanese_tourist_ThailandPolice said that the victim was about 163-168 cm tall with long curly hair, tan complexion with a Little Ghost cartoon tattoo on the left side of his torso. Police added that there were no wounds on the body which would suggest that the victim was assaulted.

Found in the body were four 20-baht banknotes, one two-baht coin and one-baht coin and one stainless ring.

The Japanese tourist, Sonamu Tsuboi, lost contact with his parents in Japan since December 27. He didn’t show up at Suvarnabhumi international airport to meet his girlfriend who arrived from Japan to see him.

The parents went to Mae Hong Son to lodge a complaint with the police to look for their son who could not be located.

Latest report said the parents would return to Bangkok to look at the body which is being kept at Siriraj hospital’s morgue.
