After four very successful years at the Napasai by Orient-Express Executive Chef Gilles Galli is off to pastures new. Gilles will be saying adios to Koh Samui and taking his culinary skills overseas.
On the 5th of January you will have the opportunity to give him a good send off by attending his last splendid French buffet at the Napasia and at the same time welcome new Executive Chef Sebastien Meunier to the Napasia team.
Gilles and Sebastien await you with a wide selection of international delicacies, musick, Petanque and a firework display.
