Located at OZO Samui on Chaweng Beach Road, Stacked offers the beach goers and locals a vibrant new dining experience. A contemporary take on the ‘beach diner’, Stacked serves comfort food with a twist. Open from 5pm until late, it’s the perfect spot to watch the world go by, whilst catching up with friends over sharing plates, beers and cocktails.

EAT- what’s on the menu
Chef Matthew Rubin, a California native, will be ‘surfing’ up hearty dishes such as the ‘Wagyu Tomahawk’, a 800g Australian long bone Rib-Eye steak to satisfy the hardiest of carnivores, and lighter dishes, like the Greek Tower Salad, stacked to perfection and his signature Black Cod dish will leave those with less ambitious appetites deeply content. And of course, a menu of American comfort food would be incomplete without the burger and at Stacked the menu includes an extensive selection of gourmet burgers, from the classic to the avant-garde. Specials include, the ‘Red Hot’, a Thai inspired pork burger accompanied by a spicy salad and served in a chilli-lime bun drizzled with Sriracha aioli, and the extravagant ‘Aristocrat’, comprising of Wagyu Beef with foie gras, truffle butter and rocket all lovingly placed on a brioche bun. For creative foodies, Stacked boasts 12signature burgers with a dozen choice of toppings, allowing guests to build burgers to suit their style.
DRINK- savour and sip
At Stacked, the creative menu extends beyond food, where even the cocktails are tenderly prepared with passion and enthusiasm. Old School favourites are still there, from the classic Mai Tai to Daiquiris and Caipis, but the more adventurous can try the Stacked signature cocktails such as the ‘Stacked & Shacked’ a mix of Pandan rum, lime and pineapple juice finished with palm syrup or perhaps the ‘Bacon-Stacked Bloody Mary’, a combination of Sweet Pepper Vodka, Angostura Bitters, Campbell’s Tomato Juice, Lemon Juice, Horseradish and Salt Flakes. OZO supports local produce wherever possible and many of the cocktails at Stacked use rum from Koh Samui’s Rum Distillery, where locally grown Thai sugar cane is used to create the aromatic liquor. Of course, the bar at Stacked also offers a selection of wine, and local and imported beers.
LOUNGE- relax and enjoy
Inspired by a ‘beach-side surf shack’, the green and yellow tiled walls mingle with natural wood floors and décor, giving the restaurant a rustic yet light and fun atmosphere. Comfortable sofa style seating and tables adorned by jars filled with homemade pickles make it feel homey, creating an environment where people can relax for an hour or three. Large groups of friends will fight over the central surfboard table, a great spot to sit for up to eight people and the al fresco terrace provides a preferential outlook on to the world of Chaweng just below.
