The Larder, is the brainchild of executive Chef, Martin Selby and Food and Beverage Aficionado Damian Ahern. This dynamic gastronomic duo came up with the idea when they realized that Samui was lacking a down to earth eatery where the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the food is of the highest standard possible. They set out to fill that gap and that is exactly what they have created.
The Larder does not need a fancy view to distract you from less than average food, or elaborate décor, there is nothing average about the cuisine being served up here and it is fair to say that the meals being served at the Larder been exceeding expectations since the restaurant opened seven months ago.
