Thai couple get married without music, pay tribute to HM the King at reception

A wedding photographer shared his impression of his clients who could not postpone their wedding, so they decided to have a simple reception without music to pay respect for King Bhumibol Adulyadej, who died on Oct. 13.

marriage-with-no-musicPhotographer Jarakom Bunjaruswong wrote that the wedding was held two days after the king’s passing, and it was a quiet wedding reception.

“It was a quiet wedding reception. I and my friend had a chance to capture their important day. As they could not postpone their wedding, the reception was held under limitations.”

Jarakom said that, unexpectedly, the bride and groom wanted to pay tribute to HM the King at the reception, and he got to capture this moment.

The bride told him: “We had to go on with the wedding today, but I feel like I want to do something for HM the King.”
