Thai Grilled Salmon
This is a really simple recipe that will add a kick and an authentic Thai taste to your salmon steaks.
2 tablespoons of red curry paste
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of minced lemon grass
6 salmon fillets
Mix the curry paste together and blend until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon steaks on both sides and then grill under a medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side until the fish flakes easily. For a milder flavor add some yoghurt to the paste before cooking.
Serve with fresh vegetables and rice and a slice of lemon
