We have eceived the editors choice in Samui Times

Luxury Living magazine awarded us the title of “Best spa on Samui 2015”

As well as a very positive review in Fah Thai, Bangkok Airways in-flight magazine, the only airline to service Koh Samui. We have contracts with around 50 hotels and travel agencies for commission based service as well as joint packages with one of the largest yoga schools in Samui, The Yogarden.
We also feature in the brand new ‘island voucher’ scheme which will be distributed across Samui, Phangan, Tao as well as sea ports and airports across Thailand. It showcases promotions from the best tourist related business in Surat Thani’s gulf.

floatation tank 2Our premises is rented for 30,000 Thai Baht ($840) per month on one of the busiest pieces of road on the entire island. There is no key money involved in the rental however the landlord does require a 50,000 baht ($1,400)deposit.
I will provide training both in English and in Thai language for staff and management in float spa maintenance, customer sales and communication as well as any other managerial advice required such as valuable contacts. I
am also willing to provide our marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, stamp cards, logo, website domain etc.
At the beginning of February, one of the engineers who designed our float tanks flew to Thailand to do a full check on the tanks, ensuring that everything is in perfect working order. He performed upgrades on both the software and the hardware of the tanks. So everything is in excellent condition.

Thaisolate is really a turn-key business. Opening a new business is always challenging and costly, especially when you are the first person to create such a business in the country. However, Thaisolate’s first year success
can be measured by the number of businesses which are now following suit.

floatation tank 1In May we were the only float centre in Thailand. By the end of 2014 there were 3. Floatation therapy is a fast growing business all over Asia with float centres in Japan, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Russia, Hongkong and now
Thailand.
In our first few months we only averaged an income of around 30,000 THB per month. By the end of 2014 we were taking in about 90,000 THB per month. Growth has been fast and is set to continue. It is possible to operate Thaisolate with 2 people, however 3 is more comfortable.  If there is anything else you would like to know, I would be happy to oblige. Harry
