Twelve young footballers and coach found in Tham Luang cave, Chiang Rai

The Governor of Chiang Rai, Narongsak Narongsak Osotthanakorn, has confirmed that the 12 missing young footballers and their coach have been located in Tham Luang cave in the northern province. He said the dive team finally reached the stranded youths and their coach on Monday night (July 2nd).

Mr. Narongsak said all the boys and their coach were found near the so-called ‘Pattaya Beach’ chamber, after being trapped in the cave since June 23rd, 2018.

The Chiang Rai Governor said all of them are safe, even though they appear tired and weak.
