2nd dive boat sinks in the Andaman

In the second incident in less than two weeks, anther dive boat has gone down in the Andaman Sea.
The MV Blue Star belongs to Chalong Sea sports, caught fire and sank into Burmese waters during a one week live-aboard trip.
All twenty passengers were rescued however their personal belongings and a great deal of expensive dive equipment was not. The passengers were transferred to a fishing boat and returned to Phuket.
A report in the Phuket News suggested the fire was the result of an electrical fault, but Pekka Torri, the Finnish principal of Chalong Sea Spots was unable to confirm that this was the case.
On January 29, the dive boat Aladdin, based out of Ranong, sank as with the Blue Star, there were no casualties but the boat was lost.
