This month we are being hosted at one of Samui’s funkiest dining experiences. Stacked at Ozo in Chaweng. You are all invited to a family style luncheon on Wednesday August 19th. 

 STARTs

Compressed Watermelon, fresh basil, feta cheese, toasted almonds,wild rocket,

preserved lemon vinaigrette, balsamic syrup.

Laab Moo Thod, Thai style pork meatball, crushed roasted rice, sweet & sour mango salad, fresh herbs, roasted chili aioli.

PLATEs

Za’tar Spiced Chicken, raisin & apricot couscous, cucumber-mint raita, crispy shallot, garlic & parsley pesto.

Braised Beef Cheek, baby carrot, fennel, leeks, baby potatoes, natural jus.

Ratatouille, parsley oil, fresh thyme, parmesan gremolata.

SWEETs

Frozen Oreo Trifle, Oreo crumble, vanilla bourbon custard, blueberry compote.

DRINKS

For beverage service, please see below for discounted packages that Stacked can offer as well. Basically you would purchase on arrival and receive drink coupons accordingly.
