All of the produce at Big Joes is homemade and it is possibly Thailand’s only producer of premium sausages. Interestingly the name sausage comes from Romania and translates to ‘parcels of mystery’ that could basically contain anything. However at Big Joes you can be sure that they contain more than the UK standard requirement of 60% meat, and they only use prime cuts, and other premium ingredients. Choose from thin style or fat boys, pork and garlic, premium dinner, premium beef or premium Cumberland. You will also find home cured English back bacon, middle cut bacon, smoked back bacon with rind and for the final touches to your full English Breakfast why not add some Black pudding sausage while you are at it!
Big Joes is famous for its homemade pies, pasties, pork pies and apple pies, but did you know they also have a fantastic range of curries that are made from prime cuts of meat with spices imported from Malaysia.
If you fancy a bit of a feast or you are entertaining then why not put on a spread of Big Joes BBQ spare ribs, gammon steaks, ham on the bone, homemade premium beef burgers or chicken burgers, sausages rolls, sliced ham and roast beef. If you are after an Italian twist add a homemade beef lasagna to your shopping cart and if you order 24 hours ahead you can also enjoy large quiches and large pork pies. Other delights to choose from include chicken or duck liver pate, burger relish, mango chutney, pickled beetroot and pickled onions.
Sausage rolls, pork pies and scotch eggs are cooked fresh every day and it may seem like a long way off but get your orders in early for Christmas roasts turkey stuffed with fresh sausage meat, pigs in blankets, stuffing balls and mince pies because orders are already flooding in.
If your mouth is watering after reading this but transport is a problem for you then why not enjoy Big Joes home delivery service on orders over one thousand baht, just call 077 427597 or 087 627 0779 and surprisingly if you are on the mainland you can still enjoy having good home cooking delivered to Bangkok, Songkla, Chumphon or any other location on the main highway routs around the country.
