British tourist receives 6,000 baht from the Tourist Assistance Police after being attacked

A British man who was the victim of a violent attack in Pattaya in September has been given 6,000 baht by the Tourist Assistance Foundation. Mr Ezer was attacked by a Thai man wielding a bottle and an ash tray. Following the attack he required hospitalization and five stitches in his ear that cost around 5,000 baht leaving him financially unable to return to the UK. Unsure of what to do about his predicament Mr Ezer applied for assistance from the foundation who he has now thanked promising to tell everybody of their kindness.
