Celebration of the life of Ian Douglas AKA Fatboy

Most folks will be aware by now and it’s with great sadness that I can inform you that Ian Douglas affectionately known as Fatboy (Geordie Ian) passed away on Monday back in the UK, a great irreplaceable character who will be sorely missed here in Koh Samui and everywhere anyone ever met him. There is going to be a gathering for friends to celebrate Ian’s life and our good fortune of knowing or having met him on Friday, 22nd January at Fatboys Bar in Bangrak from 6pm. This is our opportunity to reminisce and also show Saa, Ian’s widow how well thought of her husband was.
Anyone who would like to help with a donation of a case of beer please contact me on 080-145-8060 to make arrangements or bring along a case on the night.
