It’s a go! Come and join the next Green Market on Saturday 26th October 9am-2pm
Get ready for the next Green market where there will be delicious homemade products, home grown produce and healthy goodies on offer. We have some new vendors too and hope we get a good crowd.
Where: This is exciting!!! We have permission to use the municipal sala at Plu Chaweng – right near the fountain roundabout on the lake.
We are grateful to the mayor Khun Ramnet for offering us the use of hte big public sala where there is lots of parking and a roof in anticipation of the rainy season and room for kids to play…
It’s a moveable feast! We hope in time to find a perfect home for the market which will be a regular event where residents and vendors alike can find a communal space to share information, sell and buy goods that support the concept of locally grown, locally sourced, locally crafted.
Any feedback or ideas are greatly appreciated.
If you know anyone else who might want to join, please let them contact us.
You can speak to any of the organizers for more information:

We ask for 10% from the vendors to go towards any costs like hiring tables, advertising etc, and the rest is for a community project – our dream is to find a way to teach children to grow organic vegetables.
Vendors and supporters last time included Bandara Samui, Hansar Samui, Island Organics, June’s Art Cafe, Kamalaya Koh Samui, KK Hydroponics, Lamphu Botanics, Nature Home, Samahita Yoga Thailand, Sweet Sisters Cafe, Tamarind Springs Forest Spa, Thai Organic Life, The Source, Yogarden and this time there’ll be more….
