Conrad Koh Samui Participated in the Latest Dining Promotion of Hilton Worldwide Hotels in Thailand Showcasing Local Produce

In a move to embrace the abundant harvests from the land and sea of Thailand, hotels within the Hilton Worldwide Portfolio in the country today launch an annual dining promotion centred on local ingredients. From January through December 2018, local and globe-trotting epicureans can enjoy the culinary innovations made with the freshest locally-sourced ingredients by the master chefs at participating restaurants and Food & Beverage outlets in all Hilton Worldwide hotels in Thailand.
Conrad Koh Samui, the luxury pool villa resort located on the south-western tip of Samui island, is part of Hilton Worldwide hotels in Thailand and is participating in this food and beverage promotion. The resort’s culinary team will feature specific local ingredients through 2018 at participating restaurants; Zest – the all-day dining restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill – the poolside and casual restaurants, and Jahn – the award-wining and fine dining restaurant.
To start, the flavorful, juicy giant freshwater River Prawn is a popular local ingredient in many delicious dishes especially grill-oriented menu that allows you to savour the succulent meat with creamy prawn head oil. From now through February, the culinary team at Zest and Jahn restaurants is offering the special menu; steamed river prawns with cured ham, ginger and Siu Heng wine essence priced at THB 1,390++ (subject to vats and service charge).
During the promotion, Hilton Premium Club members can take advantage of dining benefits at participating restaurants. Upon presenting the membership card, diners will be entitled to 25% discount on the total food bill when dining alone, 50% discount when dining with one guest, 33% discount when dining with two guests, 25% discount when dining with three guests and 20% discount when dining with four to 19 guests. Members will also get 20% discount on beverages in all bars and lounges at all participating hotels.
The locally-sourced ingredients for the following months include: Pineapple, Free-range chicken, Sea grouper and Sweet Potato. Stay tuned to learn more about each special menu through 2018.
