Crown Prince Vajiralongkorn leads Bike for Dad in Bangkok

Led by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, a procession of over 100,000 cyclists started moving out of the gathering point at the Royal Plaza at about 3.45 pm in the Bike for Dad cycling event to honour His Majesty the King on the occasion of his 88th birthday anniversary.
The Crown Prince was accompanied by HRH Princess Bhajara Kittiyabha and HRH Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana.
In Bangkok, the bikers were divided into seven processions with Procession A led by the Crown Prince, the cabinet and senior government officials.
The 29-kilometre cycling distance was divided into three sections: the first section covering seven kilometers from the starting point at the Royal Plaza to Chulalongkorn University; the second section from Chulalongkorn University to the Royal Thai Navy’s auditorium for a distance of 14 kilometres; and the third section of eight kilometres from the RTN’s auditorium back to the Royal Plaza.
Similar Bike for Dad events were held in all provinces across the country.
