Department store owner orders toilet shut after man filmed in ladies loos

The owner of a department store has ordered the closure of some toilets after a man was filmed in the ladies.
The young man pulled his t-shirt up to conceal his identity before fleeing the scene.
The clip was viewed across social media yesterday.
Store owner Chaiyong said that the toilets are near a ground floor parking lot and are open 24 hours for the convenience of the public and traders in the area.
The store pays for their maintenance and upkeep.
The incident occurred after the store was shut and while security was elsewhere.
He said that the toilets would be closed temporarily while efforts are made to trace the offender.
