Dog rescue Koh Samui in financial crisis

Hard times lead to hard measures! Due to less tourists at this time of the year and ever rising general costs we have to face to run the Dog Rescue smoothly, we are finding ourselves in a pretty serious financial situation. So we are prepared to do everything to rise awareness of what we do and to get some extra donations coming in. Last Saturday a small Team of our Thai workers and foreign volunteers borrowed the side care from our Man inLamai and hit the Mango area. Next week we will try our luck at the Walking Street in Fishermans Village in BoPhut. Fingers crossed that the weather plays along and some good donations will come in. With the upcoming Monsoon season, we are still desperate for any sort of old towels, bed sheets, blinds etc to keep our animals protected from the rain and the sick ones warm and dry.
THANK YOU to the Melati Beach Resort for their towel donation

Thank you very much for all your help. We hope we can count on your continued support so that we can make even more progress in the future. We believe our efforts to make KohSamui more animal-friendly have made it a happier and safer place for tourists, for which the tourists are grateful. Our four-legged friends are most grateful for your contribution!
Best wishes
