Dogs and Cats need your help for banner to be displayed on Samui’s ring road

Calling on all creative Samui residents! The members of Dogs and Cats Samui Page are raising funds to make a large banner/ banners to be placed on the ring road to make people aware of the Animals Right Law that was announced by His Majesty last December. We have already raised some of the money!
We need help designing a super powerful banner that will stand out, easy to read and delivers the message in a few sentences.
Criteria:
Happy picture of animals, perhaps children amongst animals; just has to be happy the text to be in both Thai and English
The message we are trying to deliver is a) there is a new law and this is what happens to those who abuse b) how to report suspected abuse and where.
We would like for as many people to post their designs and the the vote will decide which is the most likely to save lives.
You can post your ideas and find more information by contacting Kseniya Snelson on her Facebook page by clicking here
Thank you for caring!
