English Thai actress begs the family of the policeman she killed for forgiveness

Anna Reese the Thai English actress who killed a police man when she rammed her Mercedes into his parked police car in Bangkok on Friday morning has begged his family to forgive her. 27 year old Anna attended the funeral of Police Sub. Lt. Napadol Wongbandit, 44 in Suphanburi province. While there she spoke to the victims wife, mother and two daughters aged 8 and 11. Their cries could be heard echoing around the temple. “I am here to ask for forgiveness” Anna told reporters and news crews at the funeral, “I want his family and the deceased to forgive me for what happened”.
Anna refused arrest at just gone 6am in the morning, the time of the incident telling police she was not ready, but ten hours later she handed herself into the police station and gave blood for alcohol and drugs testing. Police expect the results of those tests to come back on Friday, in the meantime the actress will be meditating in the temple waiting for the outcome and for the matter to be resolved.
