Enjoy healthy organic food at Eat Sense

The Eat Sense Restaurant in Chaweng provides healthy, authentic and delicious Thai cuisine made from natural, organic vegetables, seafood and indigenous tropical fruits. The extensive menu has been thoughtfully created and all of the dishes served are free from any kind of preservative.
This beachfront restaurant has six distinctive areas, two of which are fully air-conditioned and four of which are non smoking. Eat Sense also provide sun-loungers on the beach that customers are free to use all day long.
Eat Sense is enjoying great success on the island and has hosted many celebrations, weddings and parties. The restaurant is run by Food and Beverage Manaager Ronnachai Sonnok, known to his friends as Korn, the Samui Times caught up with Korn at the restaurant to find out a little about him.
Korn, thank you for meeting with us, where in Thailand do you come from?
I am from Nakhonratchasima.
How long have you been in Koh Samui?
I have been Koh Samui one year and four Months.
You have a very demanding, and no doubt rewarding role, as F&B manager at Eat Sense, what do you enjoy the most about your job?
What I enjoy the most is creating my own potential and reaching that potential.
What is the biggest challenge you face in your role?
My biggest challenge is bring my business and team to the key successfully. Team building is very important to me and working as part of a team is crucial to the success of any business.
What are your plans for Eat Sense in the future?
My plan is to continue with my ongoing marketing action plan and continue to increase revenue.
You spent some time working overseas, where did you work?
I have worked in hospitality in England and Ireland.
Which country did you enjoy the most?
It would be impossible to choose, I really enjoyed working in both countries.
Is there anywhere else in the world that you would like to work?
Yes, I would very much like to explore Vietnam, I think the Vietnamese are really nice people and Vietnam is enjoying a lot of business growth.
What is your favorite dish at Eat Sense?
I love everything we serve but if I had to choose a favorite it would have to be the Sea food B.B.Q.
What are your most popular dishes?
Fried – prawn, with garlic, salt, chili, coriander.
Can you cater for vegetarians and special dietary needs?
We can cater vegetarians and special dietary needs of our clients
What kinds of people visit your restaurant?
We have customers from literally every corner of the globe.
What sort of special events do you have there?
We can cater for any event, and have hosted some very successful weddings and parties but mostly we cater for dinner reception Groups.
