Famous footballer comes to Koh Samui

Yesterday evening, 25th August a former police officer turned restaurateur and his wife were delighted to welcome a very special guest, retired French footballer Emmanuel Petit who played club football for Monaco, Arsenal, Barcelona and Chelsea. He represented France at an international level and scored the third goal in France’s 3-0 victory in the 1998 FIFA World Cup Final.
Petit told reporters that he loves to spend time in Koh Samui to enjoy nature, particularly the beautiful sea with its crystal clear waters and white sands that he loves to share experiences of with his family. He also very much enjoys Thai cuisine, his favorite dishes being Spicy Beef Stir Fry, Tom Yum Soup and Phad Thai. Petit will be spending three months in Koh Samui and is very much looking forwards to his rest and relaxation time with his wife and daughter.
