First Samui Times v Superpro Samui fitness challenge a great success

On Saturday at 11am a splattering of Samui’s unfit arrived the Superpro Samui gym to take part in the Samui Times v Superpro Samui challenge. The challenge is for the Superpro Samui team to get Samui’s unfit over 40’s into shape! The first session went very well with a nice warm up before some frog marching, sit ups, push-ups, running/ walking and having about as much fun as it is possible to have working out, getting fit and fighting the flab!
I think it is fair to say that everybody had a blast, even if we felt a bit stiff on Sunday.
So enthused and having taken those first steps into a new and healthier life the team are going back on Tuesday at 4-30pm for our next session.
Anybody who missed the first session is welcome to join us on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 4-30pm – additional times will be arranged if the demand is high enough for morning and evening classes so why not come along and join our friendly group and have as much fun as we are having!
The Samui Times would like to extend a big Thank You to Superpro Samui for giving us the first session free of charge, making us all feel so welcome and a big thank you to Lidor for putting us through our paces with encouragement and understanding!
