Foreign fugitives rounded up by immigration

Three Americans wanted for fraud and theft have been rounded up by immigration police along with a Finnish man on charges of child sexual abuse.
Joseph Arsenault, 56, was arrested on March 9th according to the commissioner of the immigration bureau. The man fled to Thailand in April and was among 16 people charge with running a boiler room telemarketing scheme. The group are said to have embezzled over Bt700 million from almost three hundred victims in the USA and Canada.
Antonius Ceulen, 60 was wanted for cheating others out of Bt 13 million between November 1996 and June 1998, he was arrested at the condominium he shares with his Thai wife in Bangkok on March 8th.
Kenneth Roger Coins, 29, was caged with overstaying his visa since January, he is wanted for theft in North Carolina and Finnish Tuukka Tapani Karppinen, 31, was wanted for molestation of a minor, he was caught arriving in Thailand on January 16th.
22 Somalis have also been prosecuted for illegal entry and are now facing deportation.
