Foreigner who died falling off a train identified as British man en-route to Phangan

The man who was found dead on the rail road track in Prachuap Kiri Khan on Wednesday has been identified as Matthew Lawlor by Yoswaris Thongsongsom, an investigator of Muang’s police station. (original story here)
He said that he body was found approximately two kilometers south of Bo Nok railway station. It appears that the 20 year old tourist fell of rapid train No. 167 from Bangkok to Kantang district in Trang while he was smoking between two cars. The man was heading to Suarat Thani with friends, they had planned to visit Koh Phangan.
The exact time he fell is unknown, his body was found on Thursday morning by workers who were checking the tracks.
