This is a lovely recipe full of the flavors of the East.


¼ cup ginger, thinly sliced

1 breast of Chicken

2 cloves Garlic, chopped

1 Onion, sliced

¼ cup Green, Red & Yellow Pepper

2 tablespoon Oyster sauce

1 spring Onion cut into 3 cm

1 teaspoon Raw Honey

1 tablespoon Olive oil

1 tablespoon Water

Sea Salt & Black Pepper



Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic and ginger, fry until cooked and fragrant

Add Chicken, simmer until the Chicken is cooked. Add Oyster sauce and Honey, Add water, Onion, spring onion and the peppers, and simmer until vegetable are soft. Season and serve
