Hansar Samui Charity Bazaar

Following the success of its first Charity Bazaar held in November last year, Hansar Samui joined with local partners to hold the second event on 26th April and raised Baht 205,000 (USD 6,400). Proceeds will be donated in June to local schools located in southern and northern Thailand.

Indra Budiman, CEO for Hansar Hotels & Resorts expressed his delight and gratitude with the great support given by local hotels in Koh Samui that helped to make the event a success. “This bazaar has become an important and recognized event on the Island and we look forward to working with our partners on future events to support these worth charitable causes and give back to our local community”, he said.
Hansar Samui has a strong CSR concept and philosophy, holding a number of events throughout the year to help the less fortunate.
Hotel guests can participate and support local culture and people through customised community-based activities such as educational support and mentoring programs. Hansar Samui’s CSR projects are created at the grass-roots level of the community, enabling them to make a direct contribution to those in need.
