He’s alive! But questions remain as five year old boy found naked in Chiang Rai woods

A five year old boy whose disappearance sparked a large police and neighborhood search in northern Thailand has been found alive in a Chiang Rai orchard.

But while Nong Captain is eating well in hospital and professes to being only a little scared, questions remain about his disappearance from his house in Ban Huay Meng. He was found two kilometers from his house. He was naked and had some superficial injuries and was exhausted.
He was found by two men called Kittipong Wongchai and See Kaewbunthan who said they knew the boy and took him to a creek to wash mud from his body before he was reunited with his mother. She had reported him missing on Saturday around 12.30 pm. Police are still investigating the incident amid fears that Captain was abducted and dumped in the orchard. Some 100 villagers were mobilized in the search that utilized the help of a fortune teller. More about this as we hear of it.
