Interpol informed that Russian kidnap murder suspects could be on the run

The police in Phuket have notified the Russian authorities and Interpol to be on the lookout for Oleksandr Boychuck, 44 and Aleksander Novichkov, 58, who are wanted for the kidnapping and murder of Russian national Alexey Slabinskiy in Phuket in March.
Both Russian nationals the two men are believed to have fled Thailand by boat. A report in the Phuket Gazette said that Provincial Police Deputy Commander Arun Kaewvatee told their reporter that the police have not been able to locate the suspected. He said “wanted notices were issued to police throughout the country, but so far we have had no reports of positive identification of the suspects, also there are no records of either man departing the country either through an airport or at an immigration border checkpoint, the only way they could have escaped is by boat. He went on to say “we do not expect them to return to Russia, but we have asked the police there to keep an eye out for the pair as they are now international fugitives.
Mr. Slabinskiy disappeared with his girlfriend Iana Strizheus on March 7th, later relatives got a frantic call from Iana to say they had been kidnapped. She was later found injured in a hotel room on March 16th, by April 14th the police confirmed they had found the decapitated body of Mr Slabinskiy in Cherng Talay. Iana had deep cuts to her neck and wrist when she was found, on the bed were bottles of beer, a packet of washing powder, dried blood and clothes. It is believed they had borrowed one hundred thousand US dollars from the suspects.
