Korat road sweeper returns wallet containing 100,000 baht to businessman

A poor Korat road sweeper was hailed as the latest honest Thai after she returned a wallet containing 100,000 baht to its owner yesterday.
It was all smiles as Sunan Ninkrathok received a 10,000 baht reward for her actions from surprised and delighted owner Nanthawat Chokphirmwongsa, reported Thai News Agency.
Nanthawat, a businessman who sells OTOP products in Nakon Ratchasima, said after he lost the wallet in the street on Friday he had given up hope of getting it back.
He thought it might have been washed down a drain in the rains.
That was until Sunan handed it into police who managed to trace the owner.
