As every year, my husband and I will be celebrating Christmas with our family in Germany, we will be away from the 17th December and returning to Samui on the 30th December, just in time for New Year. During this time our vet Dr. Sit, our manager Wit and as well our great team of long term volunteers Jay, Linda and Tom will give their best to keep the Dog and Cat Rescue Samui Foundation running smoothly. If you need any help, please contact our manager Khun Wit directly: 087 895 8928. Beside our great Team, we have also some short term volunteers here, taking care of our house in Chaweng and the shelter in Ban Taling Ngam, great our visitors and keep an eye on our Thai helpers.

123 dog rescueWe are very happy to inform you that we have finally caught the dog Maxime from the Imperial Boat House at Choeng Mon Beach.

She’s in good health and is now back at the Boat House and we informed the manager Doeke Bonga about Maxime’s return..

The dog Max from the Boat House is still missing; the reward is 1,000 Baht for the person who finds him.

One of our shelter dogs has jumped over the wall and escaped. The dog came from Koh Phangan and was supposed to go to Switzerland very soon. The reward if someone finds the dog is 2,000 Baht.

Thank you very much for all your help. We hope we can count on your continued support so that we can make even more progress in the future. We believe our efforts to make Koh Samui more animal-friendly have made it a happier and safer place for tourists, for which the tourists are grateful. Our four-legged friends are most grateful for your contribution!

Best wishes
