Letter to the editor – Update on my last post, Re Bangkok Airways Samui Resident card

I regret to report that despite my continual e.mails to Bangkok Airways in Bangkok, they seem totally adamant that they will not reconsider their position as regards Resident cards for those of us who are not married to a Thai or own a residence on the Island.
I have used every arguement that I can think of, to no avail.
They are not interested in meeting me to discuss this.
I fly at least 24 legs a year with them and all I can do is to use them to get to Bkk and then choose another airline to get to my eventual destination, so in the long run they will have less money coming from me.
A sorry state of affairs unless someone has another suggestion?
