Man given life imprisonment for sexually assaulting and murdering a 7-year old boy

A man who sexually assaulted and killed a seven-year old boy and dumped his body in a fertilizer sack at a mountain in Wang Sapung district of Loei was today (Tuesday) sentenced to life imprisonment by the Criminal Court.
The court earlier sentenced the defendant, Mr Nui, to death but commuted the sentence to life due to his confession.
Nui told police during the investigation that he found the victim at a kathin fair at Wat Sri-udomwong on November 10, 2013, took him in his motorbike to Phu Pha Sing mountain where he sexually assaulted the victim and later killed him. The body was then put in a fertilizer bag and dumped at the mountain.
Before his conviction today, Nui was sentenced to life imprisonment the rape and murder of a 13-year old girl in Bangkok.
