Martial Law Tourism – the new incentive to visit Thailand

The TAT Governor Thawatchai Arunyik told news reporters from Thai Rath on Friday that the TAT is preparing a new campaign called 24 Hours Enjoy Thailand to promote the benefits of visiting Thailand while it remains under martial law. He said that martial law could be very beneficial to the tourist industry because it ensures that tourists can be safe twenty four hours a day. He went on to say that the TAT wants tourists to be confident that they can travel to Thailand and feel safe day and night and said that he is hoping to create quite a ‘buzz’ about the idea on social networks.
