Mystery woman found dead at waterfalls: Could she be Singaporean?

Authorities said they were baffled as to the identity and prior movements of a “white skinned” woman found dead at some waterfalls in Hat Yai, Songkhla.
The victim was found face down up against rocks in an area where signage forbids swimming.
There have been many deaths of tourist in the past at Tone Nga Chang falls, reported Thai Rath.
The body clad in a white dress had been dead for several hours. There was an injury on the right eyebrow consistent with a fall. There was a green tattoo of a moon the on back of her neck and she was aged about 30.
Pol Capt Plernsak Maneesawang of the Thung Tam Sao police was investigating. There had been no missing person reports in the last one or two days and it was impossible to say whether this was a Thai or foreigner though she appeared to be of Chinese descent.
However, Thai Rath said that they had spoken to a person in the area who said they had briefly chatted with a Singaporean woman who had a bag with her who looked like she may be off for a swim.
Finding that bag would confirm who the victim was, they said.
The falls feature powerful eddies and signage that expressly warns against swimming.
The body was recovered at level one of the falls and was taken downstream by rescue services as it was too slippery to go up. An autopsy is being performed at a hospital in Hat Yai.
