i know i made the right decision this time after visiting many condos. finally, i bought this place in terms of location. easy commute both by private car and public transportation like chong nonsi bts. silom is a famous business area with shops, malls, and many restaurants. the project is elegant and marvelous, with nice furnishing with high-quality furniture. the facilities are various from fitness, swimming pool, theater, reception to an excellent security system. the elevators are access control with a key card and finger scan, which is quite strict. the staff is friendly and professional. i'm so impressed.

luxury condo situated in a prime location near shopping malls with a comfortable building. the project site is spacious, and the common area is clean and private, very usable. the room is fully furnished, suitable for the rate and the rooftop view is stunning. it's worth staying and renting it out.

perfect location! m silom is a condominium at the downtown of silom. it is very modern with a fascinating view of bangkok. it is proper management, near chong nonsi bts station (500 meters) and silom mrt station, only a few steps to these stations. besides, it is convenient to go to siam paragon. in case you don't want to waste your time in rush hour, avoid using cars in this area because the traffic is heavy. however, i would highly recommend it here if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city and be recognized as privacy as well.

my friends and i relocated to bangkok. i would like yo find the condo near the bts station because it's convenient to get around. this condo that i chose is near chong nonsri bts station within walking distance, so you don't have to worry about traffic jams. there is no problem here for those who looked for privacy because there are many room types from 1 to 3 bedrooms. the room that we stayed in is 3 bedrooms with approximately 165 sq.m. it is suitable for 3 of us as there is enough space to enjoy ourselves or spend time together in a shared area. the exterior and interior look modern. on weekends, we often take the bts skytrain to siam paragon or central world as there are only two stops, and it is only 10 mins driving. if we didn't want to go out, we usually spent our time in a common area such as karaoke and a pool. my friend is a healthy person, so she usually went to the gym. the common area is on the 52nd floor; the view is spectacular. we can do our activities while enjoying a nice view. the area is large enough for you to hang out with friends. the staff there is hospitable. unfortunately, pets are not allowed here, but we understand that the project may prevent other residents' noise. the price is slightly higher, but the quality is really worth paying for those who look for a fantastic condominium in an excellent location. you won't be disappointed by this condo.

good location in the cbd on silom road. convenient to travel but the traffic is very congested during rush hour. it is comfortable for anyone who uses public transport because it is close to chong nonsi bts, only about 300 meters, and close to many restaurants. we chose the two-bedroom unit, which is well-separated and offers a wide area, reasonable. the common area is very good, such a great new condo.

the project is located on the main silom road, making it easy for commuting. it is also able to travel in many directions. it is a business area with many offices. opposite the project is silom plaza shopping mall. silom market where you can find cheap fresh produce is about 500 meters away. the famous sri maha mariamman temple is nearby. the project has full facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, fitness, and high-security system. the one-bedroom unit is not too small to make me feel cramped, suitable for living alone or as a couple. the furniture condition is perfect. it is a reasonable price for renting.

the ashton silom is an attractive project on the cbd location in bangkok, one of the most famous of thailand and surrounded by comfort. i rented a room at ashton silom with a 1 bedroom unit with a beautiful, modern, luxurious, and classy interior. it is a unique condo with a unique design. moreover, this is different from the condo that i have stayed in before. honestly, this project is perfect. i have been very impressed since the first day i stayed because i can feel that the project management system is perfect. the staff is also friendly and helpful. in addition, the project also takes into account the needs of the residents and the benefits of using common areas. it is impressive, whether a swimming pool, fitness center, onsen, jacuzzi and 24 hours security system. moreover, ashton silom condo is close to my office. therefore, it is more convenient and takes less time to the office. as a result, the condo is surrounded by various amenities, whether utilities, travel, and facilities, making the life is even more comfortable.

i like the color used and decoration of the condo. it is a simple and modern design. i can see the stunning surrounding view because there are quite a few tall buildings in this area. it makes this building stand out and have a clearer view than other buildings. getting in and out of the condo can be considered as convenient. it is located near to many bts, mrt, and brt stations. so i can travel anywhere easily. however, traveling by car is not recommended because of the traffic jam. it would better to take the skytrains instead.

silom is in a downtown area that is accessible for both transportation and food. it takes just about 10 minutes to walk to chong nonsi bts and sam yan mrt. in the project, the common area's highlight is the infinity pool placed on the rooftop comes with a jacuzzi for both indoor and outdoor for relaxation. modern gym equipment is available and sufficient for the number of residents. my room is on the 21st floor, which you can see the gorgeous view throughout. the room is large for one person, approximately 40 sq.m, with an open kitchen equipped. there have installed shelves and a dining table. there is a small enough space for visitors to hold the party. the room is spaciously decorated classic and elegant in gray-white tones. and the door is equipped with an excellent security system. impressed & excellent

it's such an authentic relaxation place since it is beautifully decorated, providing complete facilities. the area is also allocated in proportion and tidy and offers quality furniture sets. aside from that, it is only 650 meters close to sala daeng bts, which is also comfortably accessible by foot. therefore, there are no problems with getting around at all. besides, its location is filled with amenities and services, such as shops, restaurants, etc. it is regarded as an excellent condo, and the neighbors are friendly as well.
