i had a chance to view the mock-up unit of this condo and thinking of buying a one-bedroom unit. overall, i like it since it looks so luxurious. as for the 1 bedroom unit, it may be somewhat compact, but the proportion is good, so it is not a big deal for me. plus, the room is partly furnished, and there are complete facilities like a mini-theater, garden, fitness center, swimming pool. most importantly, you can use the facilities of other xt projects as well. as far as i know, there are xt ekamai and xt phayathai. in terms of location, this is very good since it is within a few mins away from huai khwang mrt. other than that, there are restaurants and convenience stores in the area, which is very convenient. after knowing all of this information, i can honestly say that i decided to buy the room without hesitation.

it's a great condo on ratchadaphisek road, which is convenient because it is near huai khwang mrt station, huai khwang intersection and major department stores. this condo meets the needs of living quite well. the project is filled with many facilities such as the swimming pool, the sauna, the fitness center, the garden area, etc. there is a strict security system in place. also, the room i stayed in was a one-bedroom unit with plenty of space, and was beautifully decorated with high-quality materials. i was very impressed.

this condo has a great atmosphere—not too busy or too quiet. it's easy to find food and travel anywhere because huai khwang mrt is only 300 meters away. i’ve never felt bored living here because huai khwang night market and the street ratchada shopping center are nearby. moreover, my condo is a 1-bedroom unit that is big enough for 1-2 people. the materials and furniture are of good quality, and the balcony is also spacious. for the project, there are full facilities, but i’m too busy to use them. i recommend this project to anyone looking for a condo close to the bts.

Soho Bangkok Ratchada

after i researched about this condo for a while, i decided to reserve a unit of this condo. although the project will be completed in the next three years, i think it's worth the wait. the highlight of this project is its location since it's on the main road, near huai khwang intersection. also, walking to mrt huai khwang takes less than 5 minutes, which is very convenient for those who travel by public transport or private car. the room that i reserved is a one-bedroom (plus duo space). the main reason why i choose this type of room is that the room has a high ceiling, making it look open and airy. the limitation that i've found is that the room type is only available in 1 bedroom type, so it isn't family-friendly. plus, there are full facilities in the condo on different floors. my favorite is the rooftop swimming pool, which adds great value to the condo. the price per square meter is also quite reasonable. it is the answer for anyone looking for a condo to live in or invest in this project.

i used to live in this condo before. it is located in a good location on the main road in the ratchada - huai khwang area. traveling is quite convenient as it is very close to huai khwang mrt and not far from big shopping malls such as terminal 21, the street ratchada, and big c extra ratchadaphisek. the room was great. i used to rent a 1-bedroom unit. the room is modern, fully furnished, and very spacious. it has a high ceiling, so comfy. the atmosphere is quite quiet and shady. there are also many facilities on the rooftop, such as a saltwater swimming pool with a poolside sitting area, gym, garden, bbq area, and separate sauna for men and women as well. i am very impressed with that!

this project is ideal for those looking for a condo in the huai khwang neighborhood. it is very convenient because it is close to huai khwang mrt and it connects to major roads such as rama 9 road, asoke road, ladprao road, etc., making it easier to drive to the city. also, it’s suitable for those who want a fully furnished room in modern style. i bought a 2-bedrooms unit. what's even more impressive is that the project provides furniture and materials of excellent quality, perfectly arranged and proportioned. since the project also serves as a hotel, the common areas and facilities are extremely luxurious. the hotel's services are available to condo residents as well. in addition, the security system is extremely strict. i feel very safe.

there are many condominium developments here, and centric ratchada - huai khwang is one of the condo projects at an affordable price, which people are looking for. i chose here because it is 120 meters close to huai khwang mrt station and convenient. also, it doesn’t waste time traveling anywhere. while i stayed here, i feel comfortable and happy. it is surrounded by local amenities such as restaurants, shops, and shopping malls. it is known as the crowded place where includes motorbike and taxi running the whole day. i can choose those services when i have missions to errand. my room is modern and stylish, decorated with the leading furniture brand, including the bathroom, living room, and bedroom furniture. i can see the beautiful view of the swimming pool located on the 5th floor and located on the east side. the morning atmosphere is so good, beautiful sunrise and the tranquil city view. it is such a wonderful. for the facilities, there are complete facilities, anyway, it is not quite private. however, the room is quiet, which is considered the best relaxation place after working.

this condo is close to ratchadaphisek road, huai khwang mrt station, and all amenities, including markets, shopping malls, hospitals, educational institutions, etc. the project is well-designed for privacy. my room's interior is tastefully decorated and perfectly proportioned. beautiful furniture and high-quality materials were used in the design. as for the common area, there is a garden space throughout the project, a swimming pool and a gym. however, i think the common areas are quite small compared to other condominium projects, suitable for those less concerned with using the common areas and prefer a more convenient location.

i've been in this condo for nearly two years. it is conveniently accessible to the huai khwang mrt, which is a few steps away. it will get a little wet if it rains because there are a few steps to the room. it's also close to a number of shops, including big c extra ratchadaphisek, esplanade cineplex ratchadaphisek, centralplaza grand rama 9, and others. my room is a 1 bedroom that is fully furnished, suitable for 1-2 people. i enjoy swimming and exercising at the community gym. it's super fun. there are friendly neighbors and staff who are always willing to help and support the residents. i'm really impressed.
