the luxury condo is under construction. with my passion, i went to see a sample of the project. the furniture component is perfectly arranged, and the rooms are divided into zones; it works very well. this 1 bedroom size is very suitable for a woman like me. also, the elegant decoration in white and brown tones looks very good. besides, the condo common area is fully equipped with a swimming pool, a lounge, a fitness center, and many more. the project location is located near the sunday market and chiang mai international airport, only a few minutes away. it is very convenient and suitable for living in chang klan.

another outstanding condo in chiang mai town, good location in the downtown. convenient travel as it's not far from malls, convenience stores, and restaurants. there is also an extensive range of facilities, making me feel like living in a condo in bangkok. you can use co-working space and co-living space, which is quite rare. the room i booked is a studio which is quite small at only 29 sq.m. the room layout is quite functional, and the materials are from leading brands. worth paying!

not often that we can find such a luxurious project in chiang mai. since i saw the pre-sale advertisement, i have started looking for information about the project. for me, i would consider this as an investment opportunity. the project comes with an excellent design in a wealthy neighborhood. easy travel to the airport, shopping malls, hospitals, and food avenue. it's located on the main road. the building is quite high, 17 floors i guess. it has facilities such as parking space, resting area, working area, meeting room, and a very long swimming pool, about 150 meters on floor 17. perfect spot to enjoy a night city view of chaing mai. the room selection varies from studio to 3 bedrooms. inside, the room is functional and nicely decorated with imported materials. so far, it is under construction, so i decided to visit the mock-up room. as the visit impresses me a lot, it wasn't difficult at all to buy one. at least, this 1-bed unit will bring me profits for sure.

the project here is a high-rise condominium with 17 floors in height, providing a rooftop swimming pool. it's super luxurious, and the atmosphere is great. the project entrance is close to the main road, and opposite the condo, there is a convenience store and restaurant, easy to find food. the interior is luxurious. there is a small kitchen area. the room i got is a 1 bedroom type, suitable for only 1-2 people and maybe too narrow for people who don't like the awkwardness !!

i decided to reserve a 2 bedroom unit in this condo. the interior of my room is elegantly designed. the room space is well proportioned and decorated with excellent furniture. the project facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, cctv, parking, and security. you name it! i think that i will buy it for speculation because the location is excellent. it's located in chiang mai city, next to loi kroh road, near tha phae gate, mae ping river, chiang mai railway station, new city market, and other attractions.

a private and quiet place to live in. the atmosphere is pleasant and shady. located in a perfect location, next to the ping river, night plaza, and exchange. the design is elegant and luxurious. the staff is serviced-minded. most of the people staying are foreigners. the spa offers good massages. a swimming pool comes with a beautiful view.

i had a chance to visit many hotels in the anantara group, such as phuket, sanuit, and chaing rai. i was impressed by every stay, so this time i decided to return to anantara again. not a bad decision at all. the staff impressed me with very good services, and the room was super comfy. one that i chose was a spacious 2-bedroom with marvelous decoration. the wooden finish gave a sense of lanna. another highlight was its location next to the ping river. you can adore the view from the balcony. couldn't explain how much i love it!

i love that the project is in the city center of chiang mai, so it's quite convenient to travel and live here. nearby, there are restaurants and convenience stores. in only 15 minutes, you can get to maya mall, which is not far at all. the project looks modern. my 1-bedroom unit is on the 15th floor. the view is so stunning, and the entire space is windy. the units are quite dense, so the area is crowded with the residents. it can sometimes be noisy, but i didn't find any problem after informing the juristic person anymore.

this condo is near night bazaar market, colorful at night, and there are many temples in the neighborhood. you will like it for sure because it is very safe and not as crowded as bangkok. plus, the prices of various things are not expensive at all. however, i choose to stay at a condo here because it's easy to travel. moreover, the project site provides a full range of facilities, and there is a service in the hotel-management, so the service is very good. furthermore, there is a swimming pool, a sauna, and a fitness room. although the price is expensive, it is worth the price !!
