we are here for the first time and still not familiar with the neighborhood. it was supposed to be difficult for me, but luckily i chose to stay at this condo. the staff is so helpful. they recommend restaurants, bars, and many tourist attractions. i want to say thank you for a very nice trip. this is an excellent condo. apart from the nice staff, the place is clean and tidy. the condo has complete facilities and a strict security system. i think this is the best condo i have ever stayed in.

i have been impressed since i went to see the showroom and liked the project's location. from the room, you can see a panoramic pattaya city view. there are also many rooms offering a sea view available. the most outstanding is the infinity-edge pool, facing 180 degrees of sea view, and a gym on the rooftop. the lobby and elevator are luxuriously decorated. it's designed to be excellent !!! there are 7-eleven and drug stores near the condo. most of the residents here will be chinese and russians.

i just bought a 1-bedroom unit at a great deal, and brought a 'wow' effect on me. the room comes fully-furnished with high-quality furniture. there are many beautiful facilities such as a large swimming pool in the middle of the common area and another pool on the rooftop with a nice view and another garden, fitness, spa, sauna, clubhouse, etc. the staff is very professional. it makes me feel like staying at home; it is peaceful, beautiful, suitable for living. the location is excellent, convenient transportation near many major tourist attractions. south pattaya beach is very close, about 5 minutes drive. recommend it here—great value for money.

my room is in a 1-bedroom type with a balcony opening to a sea view. which helps me a lot to be relaxed. it helps me relieve stress very well after admiring the breathtaking scenery. i'm also impressed by the services offered. the staff takes good care of the residents, and the security system works well as there are security guards and a door lock, which makes me feel safe and secured when i leave the room for a business trip. the parking space is also sufficient, so i have never had a problem when coming back late at night. the common area is inviting, including a rooftop swimming pool for a sea view, a lobby for a resting area, which is quite private. the restaurant in the project offers a wide range of tasty food. besides, the location is in a touristy area full of restaurants, bars, and jomtien beach, just 10 minutes away. it's convenient to get around and to enjoy my vacation.

it matches my lifestyle and needs so much as it has modern facilities. the security system is excellent, taking good care of the residents well. prices and room sizes are reasonable. the room is beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture, comfortable. more importantly, the room is soundproofing, with no disturbing noises. although the project is located in the city center where it is crowded and noises from music and cars passing, my room is still quiet, and i can relax pleasantly. overall, the project is located in a prime location, surrounded by many important conveniences. i made the right decision to buy the room for this project.

this condo suits for a long term stay as the rate is reasonable. the furniture is quality, and the living area is spacious, perfectly divided into zones. anyway, the balcony looks a bit small and insufficient for hanging the clothes. i think it suits for a relaxation corner, nicely set on a small set of tables. moreover, it is close to the beach and convenient for traveling to other nearby tourist attractions.

it is a new luxury condo with a modern design and meticulous decoration. i was so impressed by the very first sight. i can see a panoramic view of the pattaya sea from the pool and fitness center. also, i can adore a panoramic view from the balcony of my own room. i rent a 1-bedroom unit which is well-divided, decorated with marble and golden-tone furniture to create a luxurious sense for living. in terms of facilities, they are fully equipped, including a jacuzzi, a bar, a clubhouse, a restaurant, and a spa. i have used the spa room once; the service is very good. also, transportation is convenient because this condo is not too far from khao phra tamnak. if traveling by car, it is not difficult at all.

i came from france, looking for a quiet condo and away from the hustle and bustle area, yet not far from the city. from this condo, i can get to the viewpoint on pratumnak hill just in 3 minutes and 10 minutes to walking street pattaya. condos are very quiet and private because there are not many units. the project's common area is adequate and is suitable for the number of residents. it's a perfect size, such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a poolside relaxation area. within my 1-bedroom type, the size is about 40 sq.m and fully-furnished. there is a kitchen corner that can actually cook and a cupboard to keep things tidy. the neighbors are friendly. most of them are long-term tourists and foreigners working here. when compared with other projects, the price is reasonable, with all the same amenities.

very beautiful condo! i was able to see a 360-degree sea view from my room, which was great. everything inside this condo is very well- equipped. the room interior i have rented for this vacation is 1 bedroom luxuriously decorated and clean, especially the color scheme. they chose to decorate the room, highlighting the gold and white tones and rich marble pattern. it is not enough here with full facilities such as jacuzzi, bar, clubhouse, fitness center, spa, sauna, etc. i am impressed that everything is complete. it is calm and comfortable, and it is close to many convenient places such as shops, restaurants, or hospitals, which is convenient.

it is a nice located condominium project, close to many tourist attractions. it is a convenient condo offering car parking areas, a communal pool, a communal gym, and an on-site restaurant. the common area is so clean, and the garden is also well-managed. it is considered one of the points that i can take a rest. besides, pets are allowed, and it is suitable for pet-lovers. generally, most of the residents here have their pets fed, and we always exchange some knowledge about our pets. it's been a good place to build a good relationship between the neighbors, making the residents happy and exchange ideas. also, it is close to many shops and restaurants. i've been here for almost 2 years, and i'll live here as long as i can. staying here is happy, and i can stay with my loved cats.
