this project specifically meets the needs of investors who are looking to invest in the condo because it is in a perfect location for both thai and foreigners for rental investment, adjacent to utapao-rayong-pattaya international airport and the pier. the residents who live in this area are using a simple life. the atmosphere is quiet, and not difficult to get to pattaya city. in addition, this project is designed in terms of eco because it focuses on energy efficiency. there is a spacious common area that feels like a hotel and offers restaurants and bars in the project. it has convenient transportation because the project provides a shuttle service to various locations and additional services to the resident that is valuable for my money.

it is a new project that has just finished this year. i was lucky to find it. the condo is in an excellent location with only a short walk to bang saray beach. it's a residential neighborhood because i saw many accommodations lined along the alley, whether condos, houses, or hotels. there are several eateries. the surrounding atmosphere is quiet and not busy at all. the project offers two choices for the room types. i bought a one-bedroom unit with a larger usable area. the selling price is reasonable compared to good materials. personally, i think it's worth it!

the project has a serene atmosphere because it is located in a pretty deep alley away from the main road. it's very private. and, because there aren't many units, the neighbors aren't bothered either to meet the needs of those interested in living in isolation. it takes less than 5 minutes to get to bang saray beach, which has everything you need, including hotels, shops, and restaurants. it is also close to famous attractions such as nong nooch garden and khao chi chan. anyway, i recommend having a private car because you can easily go around.

the condo here has a unique architectural style. it is a one-bedroom unit. the room is very spacious, clean, and even has a jacuzzi. there is also a swimming pool, parking, and shuttle bus service available for residents. and for those who like to chill, i recommend cycling, available for free. i ride to bang saray beach every day. and the condo is available for daily and monthly rentals as well. there are many tourists from many countries. but i came here during the lockdown, so there weren't many people. many restaurants near the beach are closed too. however, i would recommend it for those who like to have a chill vacation with a reasonable budget.

i'm looking for a condo in the bang sare area, overlooking a sea view. it fits my needs a lot as i can buy and rent it out, which gives high profits. after inspecting the showroom and project site, i was impressed because the project is elegant with a relaxing atmosphere by the beach. the room is also beautifully designed and perfectly proportioned, with high-ceiling, giving a sense of comfort. the room is built-in with full options of furniture as well as complete facilities, including the rooftop pool, garden, and gym, which are the same as the 5-star hotels. the location is considered excellent, adjacent to bang saray beach, a private beach with beautiful clear water, where i can enjoy swimming all day. i recommend this condo for those seeking a new place next to the beach, where you can spend your holiday with your babe. it's worth the money paid here!

my wife and i are overjoyed to be staying in del mare, which has never let us down during our time here. the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. also, there are enjoyable project facilities, including a large swimming pool. the project is comfortable traveling anywhere, and it is close to bang saray beach, which has a stunning view in the evening. we chose to rent a one-bedroom unit with a simple, elegant design. we like that the unit is well-equipped for living, with a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality wardrobes, a bathroom, and a fully equipped common area that is always available. in addition, the project is in a good location, close to shops and a variety of restaurants. it is both worthwhile and impressive to live here. it is the best decision we have made, and we won't regret it.

i'm looking for a condo for my son and found this place. since the condo is under construction, so i went to see the sample room before making a decision. i like it when i saw it because the interior is beautiful, coming with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. the project uses good modern furniture in a decent size. overall, it's ok for my son. other than that, the common areas here are well-equipped, with a swimming pool, a fitness center, a shopping mall, a sauna, and many more, which are very good. so it's convenient to travel as well, including many important places in the bang saray area. finally, i have reserved 1 room, waiting for the project to be completed, so my son can move in.

this condo is so perfect for us as it takes only a few minutes to the mall, and tourist attractions. the staff and neighbors are very nice, plus the rooms inside are stylish and elegant, with kitchen counters, wardrobes and relaxation zones that are spacious enough for us to sit comfortably.

this condo meets my needs because it is close to my parents' home and central festival pattaya beach, easily accessible to all destinations. i made the correct decision because i initially intended to buy for investment purposes, but it changed my mind, and i decided to live first. anyway, i can sell or rent it out whenever i want. on the other hand, this condo is located in a potential setting that provides a private environment. in terms of design, it appears to be elegant and complete. i bought a one-bedroom condo with ideal proportions. the unit is ideal for 1-2 people. the design is regarded as elegant, lovely, and luxurious. the color tones used are soothing to the eyes. it also features a full range of amenities, such as a swimming pool and a gym, which are excellent and convenient.

it is a beautiful condo in bang sare with a modern building design. the room i rented is also beautifully decorated and cozy with quality furniture sets, making the room pleasant. however, i am impressed with the common areas here because there are many facilities, including the large swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, bar, playground, and a chilling area by the pool. this condo is considered in a good location, close to many important places. it is also easily accessible everywhere since the condo is near the main road. the receptionists are helpful, and the neighbors are friendly. in general, it is worthy, and i would highly recommend it.
