first of all, i can tell that this condo has just been completed a few years ago. i have reserved it since the first opening for sale at a price of only a million baht, and a 1-bedroom size may be small for me, but i intend to buy it for rent because i like the design and decoration. the location is close to cha-am beach conveniently, near many roads, and close to many important places, including hospitals, restaurants, and convenience stores. this area also has a food delivery service to the room. the project facilities are considered complete, including a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. however, my room is on the 18th floor, giving a perfect view of the sea and the city. such a wonderful thing that i've never seen before! even during the near sunset, it gives incredible scenery. i would recommend anyone who wants to buy a compact room to live in or rent; it is suitable for this price.

i am a southern girl. after i graduated from bangkok, i worked and married a french husband, then i moved to cha-am and bought a condo near the beach for 2 bedrooms with a spacious area for 2 people. it is considered to be our home for a new wedding. also, i like the atmosphere here because it is close to the beach within a few steps. my husband also likes to exercise at the gym because there are many types of equipment. however, there will be a lot of people using the common area on weekends and holidays. therefore, this condo is a perfect place for leisure, where i don't want to go out at all. besides, there is a food service delivery for residents. moreover, i like cooking food by myself because i really like to eat spicy food and my husband is also starting to practice too. in general, the condo is luxurious and reasonably priced, according to its location and quality. so, i think it's not expensive to buy this room, and it's worthwhile.

i live at oriental beach cha-am with my wife, a private detached house with pleasant and shady trees. besides, we can experience the amazing cha-am beach atmosphere. my wife loves the oriental beach cha-am because the location is considered quality, non-crowded, and good neighbors. there is also a place for our dogs to run around. access everywhere is also convenient as it is 150 meters close to phet kasem road and various tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. inside the house, it is fully furnished, whether a modern kitchen, a spacious living room, and a private outdoor pool. it is considered a functional single-detached house, ideal for every family.

it is the best place to stay in cha-am, and i would recommend it to anyone. the condo is located directly on the beach. the atmosphere is pleasant, quiet, and private. the staff is also extremely attentive and welcoming. there is a kid's pool as well as an adult pool. my room is a 2-bedroom unit with pool access and is fully furnished. my kid likes it very much! it's also close to the center of cha am beach. there are numerous restaurants nearby. i recommend it for families!

at first, i was hesitant to buy a room here because the price was quite high. but when i decide to buy, i can tell that i’ve made the right decision. the room that i bought is a 3-bedroom, super spacious, and i can say that my family can live comfortably. it also comes with full furniture. what i like the most is probably the atmosphere in the shady project and surrounded by a green garden. it looks very comfortable on the eyes. the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. in terms of location, this place is not far from bangkok. if driving, it takes only 2 hours, so it is suitable for those who look for a vacation condo that travels not very far. plus, there are many shops, restaurants, and convenience stores in the neighborhood, making traveling around and living the most convenient.

i bought a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. the room area is about 100 sq.m, ideal for my family with 3 people, including my wife, kids, and i. i like this place, and we often take a vacation many times a year because the atmosphere is pleasant, a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear water. as for traveling from bangkok, it takes a short drive only. also, the project location is close to many amenities, including the hospital and department stores. more importantly, there is a large fantastic swimming pool by the beach. my wife and kids love it. the people are also not crowded. the staff is friendly, able to speak many languages and feel warmth whenever we visit here. aside from that, there is a communal gym and a lot of equipment available as well. also, there is a restaurant within the project with fully equipped equipment available as well. if you plan to stay here, we recommend renting a car because it takes time to drive. the buses are mainly rarely available.

i decided to buy a 2-bedroom condo for a holiday place for my family. because of its proximity to bangkok, getting around is also considered convenient. furthermore, it is in a prime position, adjacent to numerous conveniences and tourist sites, ensuring that your time here is enjoyable. the project is located near cha-am beach, which is a private beach. the security system is also excellent with smiling and friendly guards. the building's construction is new, despite the fact that it was built many years ago, giving it a high selling price value. it's ideal for speculative purposes in the future. aside from that, it is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, available for tourists to buy groceries conveniently.
