i have been staying at namphung phuket for several months already and i have to say that i am glad that decided to stay here. tesco lotus, grocery is less than 5 min walk as long as a gym, laguna rawai, sauna and spa, bakery, fish restaurants etc......everything close by. the place has been recently being renovated and you can relax and unwind in their gardens. they have hammocks, swings and even a waterfall with fishes inside. the staff are very helpful and polite. i will be staying here for long and i do really love my duplex apartment as it is ideal for a couple like us. i could not afford a villa but if i could definitely i would be going for it. it is a pity that they have not yet finished their photo/videoshoot to showcase what a wonderful place is. a visit will definitely convince you.

this project is in the chalong area, the prime location for many luxury villas. our family has only four members, so we decided to rent the two-bedroom villa in this project which has a private swimming pool. the villa gives good privacy. security guards are on duty 24-hour. i like it very much. the overall location is good. rawai beach is within a short distance. the area has a lot of fresh seafood for sale, the only disadvantage is that the traffic is a bit heavy at around 5 at chalong intersection, but it's acceptable because we don't go out very often and prefer to spend time in the villa.

it is an interesting project since it's close to karon beach, with only 10 minutes in walking distance. the surrounding area is serene, surrounded by lush green mountains, providing a pleasant atmosphere. many restaurants and shops are nearby, as well as being close to kata beach and patong beach. interestingly, there are only 70 units, ranging from 1 to 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom units are variously offered, ideal for staying 1-2 people, designed in modern and tastefully decorated. the facilities include the lounge, garden area, swimming pool, gym, etc. the selling price is also affordable, giving the best-guaranteed returns, which is perfect for investment. well, it's a new project in an excellent location.

this project is beautifully designed, located on karon hill, overlooking the beautiful sea, mountain, and sunset views. i love 1 bedroom unit from first sight since it is fully furnished with a great guaranteed value. the project facilities are also complete, including the swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurant, kids playground, etc. this project, in general, is ideal for investors and those who love convenience, as well as tourists. its location is close to karon beach, which is only 5 minutes and not far from patong beach.

i've been to many two villas projects. most of them are located in quiet and private locations. as the same, this project is located on a hill. security guards are strict. i visited the villa with my father and i was impressed. the villa comes in beautiful style and is fully furnished. the kitchen and living area are spacious. the swimming pool is also massive, overlooking the mountains and the sea. the selling price is considered expensive. but it is suitable for rental business investment either on a daily or monthly basis. the villa is in a great location, less than 10 minutes’ walk to ao yon beach, cape panwa and the aquarium.

the village is private and tranquil. the security system is high quality. visitors must always show id cards for security. there is a large common area, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse, and staff are also taking good care. the house is a 2-story detached house in a corner land plot, making the front garden a bit wider. i've only visited once, but i really enjoy the atmosphere, and i'm impressed. traveling is also convenient, whether it's into town or out to other provinces because it's in the middle of the island. highly recommended!

the new project is under construction, which is a beautiful and modern design. there is a swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant, and ample parking. the rooftop also has a swimming pool and bar. the showroom is modern in design and furnished with a full set of standard furniture. there is also a small kitchen corner, great for easy cooking. the project is in a great location as well, close to karon beach and 5 minutes to patong beach, and 20 minutes to phuket town. however, it is a good location so it is very suitable for investment because it is the perfect location with a famous tourist attraction that can definitely get good returns.
