such a perfect villa!

i bought a one-bedroom unit here as a vacation rental. overall, it is very impressive, and i would recommend it for those who want to stay in a quiet atmosphere, close to nature, and far away from the crowd. it has to be here. our room, although it is a one-bedroom room, it is a very spacious and well-allocated space. the equipment is complete and convenient. as it includes both a residential and a hotel part, the facilities are pretty complete typical of a hotel, like a communal pool, spa, restaurant, and pool bar. the staff here are also very helpful to the guests. however, this project is located on a hill giving you a 180-degree view of the sea. the only disadvantage that i found is probably in terms of location. in the neighborhood, it rarely finds restaurants and convenience stores. plus, getting to the airport takes about 40 minutes. anyway, the project has a shuttle service, but you may have to ask for more details in this section. other than that, i am impressed. everything is perfect.

i bought a very luxurious villa as a family vacation home in koh samui because i love the privacy. also, it is convenient to access everywhere and not far from shops and restaurants where it is only a few minutes away. besides, the villas are nestled on the hillside, experiencing the beautiful sunset and sunrise every day, not bored. my family loved this villa so much, and my children are happy because there is a private swimming pool that can be enjoyed along with the expansive sea view. i bought this villa since it hasn't been built yet, and i bought only vacant land to build a 4-bedroom with 5 bathrooms villa that matches a large family. here it is very secure because there is a 24-hour security system with cctv, electricity, water, and internet access. although the project road is small, it's not a big problem as there are not many cars driving around. the downside here will be many mosquitoes or small animals in the evening. the windows must be closed completely. however, the atmosphere is very nice in the daytime and shady, surrounded by forest trees. it should be missing out here for those who want to have a luxurious place for a vacation home.

i bought a 2-bedroom unit at this condo on the 2nd floor. i must say that it is a spacious room with a well-divided layout. there is a complete set of furniture, including an excellent european kitchen. you can enjoy the full view of the sea, garden, and swimming pool from your room's balcony. i rarely come to samui; therefore, we rent it out rooms. our clients' response is good as they love the atmosphere on laem set beach, which is next to the condo.

i bought a villa here from a famous website and really like this villa. it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. i like the design that is not luxurious but focuses on simple decoration. all villas with a large outdoor swimming pool are conveniently located near many tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. it makes living here very convenient. the project is located next to lamai beach, where you can swim or walk along the beach at any time. it is also not far from samui international airport. besides, the project offers various facilities, and it is hotel-managed. the facilities include bars, spas, and restaurants. it is the perfect fit; you hardly have to go anywhere.
