The panty sniffer of Phuket caught with pockets full of pants

Nussaree Hayeebilung, 38, an off duty security guard, was heard loitering around the dimly lit area behind the Surakul Stadium at around 9.30pm last night. The residents of the Phol Place apartments kept an eye on the man and were shocked when they spotted him stealing pants and bras off a clothes line. The residents seized the man and the police were called to the scene. Sub Lt Surasak Pipitkul of the Phuket City Police said that the officers found ten pairs of women’s knickers and two bras hidden in the man’s jacket.
Nussaree Hayeebilung told the police “I work as a security guard. I was on my way home when I parked my motorbike nearby and went to steal the underwear,” Asked what he did with the undergarments, Mr Nussaree explained, “When I’m finished sniffing them, I toss them away in an area where nobody knows who I am.” “I have done it many times,” he confessed.
During his debriefing with police, Mr Nussaree revealed that he had also stolen underwear from apartments near Vachira Phuket Hospital. He has now been charged with committing a theft at night.
