Passenger in Bangkok leaves dead boy in the boot of a taxi cab

Normally when taxi drivers find things left in their cab it is a camera, an umbrella, a phone or even a wallet. However one taxi driver in Bangkok got a little bit more than he bargained for when he found that his fair on Monday morning had left a dead body in his cab.Uten Petchsikiew told the police that his cab had been hailed by a teenage boy in the Bang Nam Chuet district of Samut Sakhon province and had asked to put something in the boot of the car before asking him to drive to the Bang Khun Thian district of Bangkok.
Sometime after the young man got out and paid his fare the driver realized he had not taken his baggage out of the boot and pulled over to check what it was. Nothing could have prepared him for the shock of discovering it was a dead body that had been stuffed into a garbage bag. Once the cab driver had got over his initial shock he composed himself enough to call the police. He said that he tried to locate the boy but he had already fled the area.
According to police reports the deceased had his throat cut and was in his twenties, the police have now opened an investigation to find the boy.
