Phuket Police Issue Arrest Warrants for 5 Suspects in Samui Car-bombing

Phuket police have issued arrest warrants for five men suspected in aiding in the Koh Samui car-bombing that occurred earlier in the month. While the five men are not yet being charged for any crimes, they are being sought under the Emergency Decree.
There are already 3 other suspects in military custody.
Initial police reports state that the five men, Asmin Katemmadee, Abdulloh Samae, Hakeen Dohloh, Ammar Waedaramae and Muhammadyakee Samae purchased vehicles that were used in the bombing on April 10th.
Footage from a nearby surveillance camera led police on an investigation to find a Honda Civic that took part in the attack. Police have found the vehicle in the Phatthalung province. There was also a brown sedan that was linked to the attack that the police found.
The vehicles contained clues to the bombing as well as fingerprints linking assailants to the crime. The police did not report if the fingerprints were those of any of the 5 suspects currently being sought.
Police have traced the Honda Civic’s registered license plates to a woman living in Phatthalung. The assailants placed Bangkok license plates on the vehicle during the time of the bombing. The registrants of both license plates are being questioned by the authorities
