Problems in Koh Samui taken to a provincial level

Mr Yusuf Chalo Vanitchareon Lieutenant Governor of Surat Thani visited Koh Samui on June 14 to uncover major problems on the island. During his trip issues such as taxi drivers over charging passengers, traffic problems in general, migrant workers, unscrupulous jet ski operators and mafia were discussed. He will take these issues to a provincial level and find solutions and put operations in place to address these issues in order to create more confidence for tourists travelling to the area.
