The company was registered as a Company limited, established since the year 2009 with initial registered capital of 10.0 million by the Jaroon-Ek's (Mr. Peerapong Jaroon-Ek and Mrs. Arada Jaroon-Ek). Big project with lots of residential units but still providing a privacy

This project is a big condominium with many units. Due to this project is divided into 2 towers, it has more privacy than a combined tower. There are many types of residential units including both standard and duplex types with standard material interiors and full facilities. According to the location, it is adjacent to Phaholyothin Road and close to Wat Phra Si Mahathat BTS, surrounded by Tesco Lotus Lak Si., It’s very convenient to live here.
