- To get to the project by public transportation, you can take the BTS service. The nearest station is Bearing BTS. When you get off the station, take Exit 1 and continue walking northeast with a distance of about 120 meters. Then, turn right onto Soi Lasalle/Soi Sukhumvit 105 to continue for about 450 meters, and turn left onto Soi Lasalle 7/ Soi Chuen Ruedi. Afterward, continue for only 350 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

- To get to the project by car, you can start from BITEC Bang Na by heading west onto Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) with a distance of about 1 kilometer. Then, turn left at the Lasalle Intersection to continue onto Soi Lasalle/Soi Sukhumvit 105 for about 450 meters, and turn left again onto Soi Lasalle 7. Afterward, continue for another 350 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

A reasonable new condo in the Lasalle area

I had the opportunity to visit the showroom after receiving the project brochure from my friend. The real place is very similar to the picture. The first time coming, I was impressed. The sample rooms are beautiful in every type, which makes me hesitant because I prefer the 2-bedroom room but am staying alone, so I chose to book a 1-bedroom room instead. The room is nicely decorated, and the furniture is well-placed. In terms of the common area, it's equally beautiful. And it has all of the necessary amenities, which is ideal for relaxing. Besides, the location is close to Bearing BTS. It's extremely convenient to get around. Also, this area has shops, restaurants, and markets because there are a lot of people who live here. You can also go to BITEC Bangna if you want to go to a nearby shopping mall. Finally, for those looking for a new condo near BTS, this is a good choice. This project extremely suits the needs, and the cost is also reasonable.
