Direction to the project

To get to the project, you can start from Chongnonsri BTS station. Head on Naradhiwat Rajanagarindra Road for about 220 meters and turn left onto Sathon Nuea for another 5 meters. Then take the bridge over the road for approximately 92 meters. After getting off the bridge, go straight and turn right onto Sathon Nuea Road for about 350 meters, then turn right. Continue straight ahead to Soi Sathon 12 for about 81 meters and turn right again for another 150 meters, then you will reach the project right in front of you.

This condo is currently under construction located in an excellent location in the city center, far from Chong Nonsi BTS station, only about 500 meters, and Suksa Wittaya BTS station only approximately 170 meters (still under construction). I am interested in this place due to the shape of the building where most of the buildings are decorated with mirrors. And this place is Pet's Welcome condo; there is a pet zone here. Amazing!!! The 2 bedroom unit that we went to see is decorated in a white tone and modern style. The living area and open kitchen are connected, making it look more spacious. The railing on the balcony is clear glass, not obscuring the view. The bathroom is also quite big. Really nice!!!
Quality condo with spaces for pet lovers

The project is under construction, and one of the quality project located on a potential location in Bangkok. It is also equipped with various facilities, including an infinity pool, sky deck & sunset pavilion, fitness room, separate male-female stream room, and the most special part is a pet area. It's impressed me a lot as it will give my beloved dog space to run and play in the future, different from other condos with limitations in raising pets. This project is located in a prime location, close to Saphan Taksin BTS within 1 kilometer of walking distance. If you don't want to walk, you can take taxis or grabs as comfortable as possible. I think I must have book 1 room

A gorgeous condominium under construction in Soi Sathorn 12, it's not far from the main road and only 600 meters from Surasak BTS. The location allows convenient transport for cars and public transportation. Room types range from 1 to 3 bedrooms with elegant and modern design. The facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness room, a sauna, and a playground. The price is reasonable without furniture. It is an outstanding condo for investment.

I had an opportunity to visit the sample room of the Tait 12 project. The room is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom room with excellent space design. The room is not big and not very spacious. The space is functional so, I can make most of it. But the usable space has a benefit in every point. The kitchen can place a dining table and can seat up to 4 people comfortably. The common area is designed to accommodate all residents, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and a strict security system. It is excellent in terms of location because Surasak BTS is within walking distance, only 650 meters away.

It is one of the new and good projects and 170 meters near Sueksa Witthaya BTS. The project location is situated in the center of essential business areas in Bangkok, surrounded by shopping malls and offices, suitable for people of every age. The building is beautifully and uniquely designed, outstanding with using glasses for the whole building. Moreover, there are many types of rooms: 1 bedroom units and 2 bedroom units. All furniture decorated the room is from famous brands which are strong and durable. As for the project, the common area includes an extensive range of facilities. Honestly, it is a very interesting project, attractive for buying.
